Welcome to the BERA website
Blandford Estate in Marylebone comprises 110 flats arranged in four blocks: Mordern House, Lascelles House, Farnham House and Wimborne House.
BERA was set up in the 1970s to represent the interests of the residents on Blandford Estate. All residents – tenants and leaseholders – are eligible to be members of BERA. The Committee and officers are elected by the membership.

Reminder Ball games are not permitted on the Estate. Reports have been received of cars being damaged. If you see children playing with balls, especially in the car parks, please ask them to stop. |
Anti-social behaviour The amount of Police presence on the Estate depends on the number of incidents reported. Please telephone 0300 123 1212 every time you see suspicious behaviour. |
